SHIPPING POLICY

UK ORDERS

PLEASE NOTE: Although the vast majority of our orders are being delivered on time, we are occasionally experiencing COVID related delays. If you have any questions whatsoever don't hesitate to send us an email or message at any time - we're always on hand an happy to help! 

We are a UK based company and all products are shipped from Torquay, Devon. All orders are sent using Royal Mail or Amazon Logistics. We offer FREE 3-5 day delivery on all UK orders over the price of £10. 
£3.50 will be charged for any orders under £10.

Next Day Delivery (UK only)

To qualify for next day delivery the order must be placed before 13:00pm. £2.99 will be charged for orders over £10 and £6.49 for orders below £10.

All orders are sent with Amazon logistics or Royal Mail. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

All of our international orders are also sent using Royal Mail or Amazon Logistics.

EUROPE 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, Due to Brexit complications, we have temporarily stopped shipping to EU Countries. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

For Orders within the European Union, shipping costs £6.99. and aim to arrive within 10 days from the order being placed. 

USA

We also ship to the US mainland. US shipping costs £9.99 and takes 10-14 days. 

ORDER TRACKING

All orders can be tracked. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with full tracking information. 

Damaged/missing Items

In the case of damaged or missing items, please contact us on info@odyseebrand.com.

In the rare event that an order arrives damaged, we will replace it, but we must receive photos of the damaged item and its packaging first. If an item is missing, Odysee will personally take this up with our courier service and arrange for a replacement order to be sent. 

Change of Shipping address

Please be sure to enter the correct shipping address at checkout. Although we always do our best to help customers and resolve these types of issues, we cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed after you have checked out. If you realise there is an error or you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately. If an item has already been sent to an incorrect or outdated address, the buyer will be responsible for new postage costs.
