Where's my order?

How can I return or exchange an item?

Are all Odysee glasses unisex?

Yes! All ODYSEE glasses are suitable for people of any gender!

How should I clean my glasses?

To clean your Odysee lenses, we recommend purchasing one of ODYSEE lens cleaning kits. Failing that, soapy water and a microfibre cloth will work just fine!

Do I have to pay for custom charges on my orders?

Unfortunately, ODYSEE is unable to determine what custom charges may be applied to overseas shipments. All customs charges (if any) are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by ODYSEE. For more in depth information, we would suggest contacting your local customs office. 

Due to Covid-19, will there be a delay on shipping times?

Although 99% of our orders are arriving on time, we are still experiencing some COVID-related delays.

How can I pay for my order?

ODYSEE has your back! We accept the following payment cards: Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept Paypal payments.

Is it safe to order online?

You can rest assured that shopping with ODYSEE is safe. We use the most up to date security systems and encryption software to ensure your personal details such as name, address and bank details are kept safe and secure.

Can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to amend to any details, our warehouse team receive orders directly and will have already started processing your order.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?

We are sorry to hear that you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please visit our Returns Centre and follow the simple steps to return or exchange your item.
